What has been your most exciting day a Dechra, so far?

One of the most exciting days at Dechra for me so far was when I was shortlisted as a finalist in the Veterinary Marketing Association's "New Marketing Talent Award." As someone who is relatively new to the industry, this recognition meant a great deal to me. It was great to have my efforts and contributions acknowledged by such a respected organisation. The award highlighted the work I’ve done in marketing and and it reaffirmed my passion for creating impactful, innovative campaigns.

Being new to the industry, I’ve been learning constantly and working hard to build a strong foundation. To receive this recognition so early in my career was both a humbling and motivating experience. It not only boosted my confidence but also reinforced my commitment to growing and excelling at Dechra.
