Why did you choose this company?

I have always been interested in working in the pharmaceutical industry, and when the opportunity to apply to Dechra in the veterinary sector arose, I made sure to thoroughly understand who they were, their values, and what they believed in. Can you believe I conducted an in-depth analysis of Dechra’s financial statements and read the annual report several times?? During this process, I noticed many similarities with my own principles, and I was very excited by what the numbers revealed to me! Something else that caught my attention was Dechra’s ambition for growth and how they have adapted over the years to achieve their goals. The more I learned about Dechra, the more I wanted to be a part of it. Today, with great pride, I can say: I am Dechra.
