What were your expectations for this role during the first month?

Dechra prioritizes the building of critical relationships as soon as possible. My leader had pre-scheduled key stakeholder meetings during the first couple of weeks. I spent time getting my arms around our various systems, processes and KPI's. Most importantly, I spent time asking questions and listening to the team. What was working, what needed attention and what do they expect to see? This gave a great foundation of knowledge to craft our team's strategic priorities.
